Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Columbia, SC

Distinctive Surfaces is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to learn and grow within our team. As a Sales Rep, you will work with a host of clients to analyze their needs and understand how we can help! This position will be responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with clients, gathering pertinent details for projects, following daily schedules and executing plans, meeting/exceeding sales goals, as well as any additional duties required by our management team. Our Inside Sales Reps play a key part in the effective operation of our company and we’re excited to have you looking more into working with us. A successful candidate will have a passion for stone fabrication/learning, working directly with customers, ability to learn fast/adapt, & taking the initiative to help our business grow! We truly believe in promoting from within and place a heavy emphasis on rewarding those who work hard with us.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience and demonstrated success with showroom sales (preferred)
• Experience in construction or design, or familiarity with basic construction or design concepts (preferred)
• 4-year College Degree (preferred)
• Basic Computer skills (required)
• Experience with QuickBooks Quoting (preferred)
• Great communication skills, both written and oral
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Can meet deadlines & remain calm under pressure
• Professional & passionate about growing
• Previous customer service/sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 for training. Following will be a competitive base pay + commission.
